28 May 1945

The date marks the beginning of Mostostal’s activity (rebuilding bridges, repairs of building equipment and erection of production halls).

1953

The beginning of the company’s independent activity under the name: Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcji Konstrukcji Stalowych i Urządzeń Dźwigowych Mostostal (production of overhead cranes, hoisting winches, wheeled cranes and steel constructions for cement and sugar industries.

1961

The company’s name was changed to Zakład Produkcji Przemysłowej Nr. 1 within the structure of ŚPKSiUP Mostostal Zabrze (production of jib cranes, digger extension arms and tank parts).

1975

Development of company’s export activity – fabrication of building equipment parts for customers in the former Soviet Union.

1982

Production of mobile cranes begins.

1990

Execution of first orders for foreign customers in Germany, Austria and France (production of steel parts: crane parts, heat treating furnaces).

1991

Obtaining qualifications for execution of welding work as per DIN 18800 and DIN 16018 by SLV Duisburg.

30 December 1994

Privatization of the company and change of name to Zakład Produkcji Konstrukcji Stalowych i Urządzeń Przemysłowych Spółki Mostostal Zabrze – Holding S.A.

June 1996

Successful implementation of Quality System confirmed for conformance with DIN EN ISO 9002 with Certificate No. 09 10 4211 issued by TÜV Rheinland.

1 July 1996

The company becomes a separate legal entity named: Mostostal Zabrze – Zakład Produkcji Konstrukcji Stalowych i Urządzeń Przemysłowych Sp. z o.o.

June 1999 - June 2002

Successful completion of audits and renewal of Quality System Certificate issued by TÜV Rheinland.

1 September 2002

The company takes over a production hall and part of personnel from Mostostal Zabrze – Zakład Konstrukcji Stalowych

1 October 2002

Company’s organizational structure is extended by In-house Lab taken over from Mostostal Zabrze – Holding S.A.

25 November 2003

Successful completion of Quality Management System Audit certified for conformance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.

February 2007

Succesful completion of renewal audit confirmed for conformance with PN-EN ISO 9001:2000 with Quality System Certificate No. 75.100.30808 issued by TÜV Rheinland Polska.

21 December 2009

Completion of implementation of integrated management system IFS Applications.

13 April 2010

Renewal of Quality System Certificate confirmed for conformance with ISO 9001:2008 issued by TÜV Rheinland Polska.

June 2010

Implementation of Human Resources Management Standard Fair Play Employment – 2007.

8 July 2011

The company was transformed into a joint stock company under the name Mostostal Zabrze Konstrukcje Przemysłowe Spółka Akcyjna.

29 June 2015

Implementation of the Factory Production Control System according to the EN 1090 standard certified by DVS Zert.

9 August 2016

Obtaining a certificate in the scope of the railway standard EN ISO 3834-2: 2005 for the locations: Zabrze and Gliwice issued by the DVS Zert.
