On September 30, 2019 the Training Center has been opened to ensure appropriate qualifications of MZKP employees and implement new welders and fitters to train and facilitate implementation at assembly departments.

The center assumes learning from the simplest elements to more complex components at the end of the training.

The standard training period is 4 weeks, during which each employee has an employment contract and the salary.
